Western Medical Dry Needling Techniques
I have gained wide ranging experience and seen most types conditions amenable to osteopathic treatment, all shapes and sizes.
I prefer to practice in a structural manner using hands-on techniques, combined with bespoke exercises to help you to manage your own symptoms. Additionally, I have developed an interest in Sports and Overuse injuries related to Power lifting as well as Back, Neck, and musculoskeletal pain.
Outside of work Carl is a keen sportsman, in April 2016 he completed the Paris and London Marathons acting as a guide to Lisa, a visually impaired runner.

Graduated with Integrated Masters Degree in Osteopathy from European School of Osteopathy 2018. As part of my Master's Degree, trained in various treatment approaches incorporating spinal and joint manipulations, articulation and stretch techniques including; muscle energy technique and strain / counterstrain, myofascial release, plus cranial and visceral mobilisation.
Emma's training includes a Foundation in Modern Medical Acupuncture, qualifying her undertake dry needling alongside her other treatment techniques
She especially enjoys working with children & people with respiratory conditions.
Hobbies include coaching gymnastics, dancing.
ALICIA GRAY M OST
Alicia graduated with a Master's degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost) from the University of St Mark and St John in Plymouth.
She has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, using a structural approach to address the root cause of discomfort as well as any compensatory patterns that may have developed. She combines a variety of treatment techniques to restore movement, reduce pain, and promote lasting recovery.
She encourages patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation, often integrating tailored exercise and self-care advice into her treatments. Her compassionate and approachable manner helps create a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
