Osteopathy Fee Structure
Professional fees as from April 1st 2026:

All fees must be paid at the end of each appointment; we accept cash, cheques, credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we are enable to accept charge cards and Amex.
We aim to provide high quality service to our patients with charges kept as low as possible and we ask you to give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment.
We regret that we will have to make a charge of £18 for short notice cancellations and missed appointments.
Medical Insurance
Carl is no longer a provider with Axa / Vitality / Aviva due to ongoing changes to their settlement terms and conditions. In the future, we are happy to issue a Receipt that you can submit to the Insurance Company to claim reimbursement.
