Jessup Osteopathic Clinic

Our Goal is to Reduce Pain & Increase Movement so you can get back to doing the things you LOVE!

Our osteopaths have over 40 years' experience collectively helping patients bounce back quickly. We specialise in providing a professional, friendly and efficient service, and try to offer an appointment within 24 hours of your call if possible.

The Practice was originally founded by Melvin Jessup DO FRSPH in 1982. Since 1987 we have been at 93 High Road Gorleston, a large Victorian house where we have a ground floor practice with a comfortable reception area and four treatment rooms. We are an osteopathic team of three Registered Osteopaths who are passionately dedicated to giving the very best patient care from babies through to seniors which has enabled us to grow and develop to meet the complementary osteopathic health needs of the local community.

Treatments often combine several hands-on techniques in one session rather than just manipulation, and to do this we have longer treatment times compared with than many similar local clinics This makes your treatment far more effective than rolling out a standard one size fits all which really helps to reduce your pain, but it's not the whole story. Because even though we've seen thousands of patients your problem will never be the same as someone else's.

Our Reception team Kerry or Louise are available to answer your calls on 01493 443095 during office hours between 9-5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these times please leave your message on the answering service and we will return your call.

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a system of health care using manual methods of diagnosis and treatment designed to work alongside orthodox medicine with the goal of enabling the individual to achieve an improved state of health

So how can we help you?

Regardless of age or gender, many people will suffer from back, or neck pain, headaches or injuries due to sport or work. Pain or physical limitations lead to physical causes of stress and is one of the most common things that people want to modify in today’s Society. Your body has a natural mechanism of self-healing. We believe in helping you to enhance the ability of the body to self-heal.
